Outings

We almost always pickup and drop off at the church. We will have your Scout call or text when we are on the way back, usually about a half hour out. Return times are an estimate and can vary.

If we are departing on Friday evening, unless we indicate otherwise dinner is not provided. Please feed your scout before dropping them off.

If we are departing on Saturday morning unless we indicate otherwise breakfast is not provided. Please feed your scout before dropping them off.

For Saturday departures unless otherwise indicated pack a lunch. Lunch will not be provided. If the event is a day trip we will return before dinner.

If the event is an overnight camping trip unless otherwise indicated, we will eat breakfast on the last day and return before lunch.

If we are departing on Friday and your scout is not available until Saturday, or of you need to pick up your scout early. Consult with one of the adult leaders and see if late arrival or early departure can be arranged.

At least two adults are required on each trip. More are better. Adults are always welcome and we have all the equipment you will need.

Contact information for the adults on the trip will be in the signup documentation. Please refer to your e-mails about the trip. Many of the places we go do not have reliable cell service so contact can be spotty. Text messages may be best in an emergency, as they will pop in when they can.
